Windows

Plumbing Valves
Exercising plumbing valves should be done every year or other year at a minimum. Plumbing valves are needed when it is time to change a faucet or a fixture, but they are also the back up when your fixture/appliance fails. If a valve is not regularly exercised, they can seize up and not work when you need them the most.
To exercise your valves simply turn the valve a few times.
*note if your valve is old and has not been regularly exercised, we do not recommend doing this without a licensed plumber.
