Home Owner Assocation Board Members and Property Managers are challenged to stay abreast of building and code changes, ensure maintenance plans are implemented, and ensure contractors are completing the full scope of building projects. While building projects are the priority, often times, HOA Board Members and Property Managers are spending their time managing the day to day needs of the residents. Maintenance Plans

Minnesota Statute 515B.3-107 mandates that all Home Owner Associations must have an approved, written maintenance plan. Dot2Dot will ensure the maintenance plan is not only written, but also implemented.

Plumbing Condition

One of the biggest challenges in Condominiums is plumbing leaks. Often times impacting more than one homeowner. There are a few strategies buildings can implement to protect both domestic and closed loop plumbing systems. Dot2Dot is able to assist buildings with preventative and reactive strategies to minimize the impact of plumbing leaks.

Cooperative Purchasing

If one resident has a need, more than likely other residents have a similar need. From adding a balcony outlet, installing a smart thermostat, or scraping the popcorn off of the ceiling. Dot2Dot will coordinate the project to receive the best possible pricing by eliminating trip charges, sharing permit costs, managing the schedule and consoldating the billing. Often times saving at least 20%.
